Claya is here to help with the ease of a curated gift box and the convenience of it being sent directly to their home or to your own. Sometimes you can’t always be there for that special someone but you can let them know you were thinking of them. We have a selection of gift boxes for all different occasions and milestones. 

Our gift boxes are packed to perfection including carefully sourced, unique and luxurious items. 

We truely love gifting. But are oh so familiar with gifts that are “it’s the thought that counts”. We wanted to create something special. Gifts that people will truely enjoy, maybe something they wouldn’t have bought for themselves. Luxurious, splurge type vibes.... 

Every item in our store has been very carefully sourced. We find those items that people go “Oh, where did you get that from?”

You can add as many Gift Boxes to your order as you like. Simply build each one out at a time.

Due to the nature of our products some products will be unable to be returned or exchanged. Please contact hello@claya.com.au via email within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Claya. If the item is available to be returned, we recommend you using a tracked service to return your items.

If you don’t like an item in one of our curated Gift Boxes you can create your own by selecting the Create Your Own Gift Box option.

We work directly with you to coordinate and create a memorable gift for a valued employee or gifts on a small or large scale. A personalised service to elevate your relationships.

Depending on whether you entered your mobile number or email, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation text/email when your parcel has been shipped. You can track your order at this time with the tracking number provided in the email. 

Yes. We are an e-commerce store. Single items will be wrapped in our custom designed tissue and eco friendly compost mailer bags. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight. 

The simplest way is for you to create them as seperate orders, with seperate mailing addresses. OR we can send them all to your home and you can give them to your recipients.

Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchasing.

You will receive a tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. 

Currently not as this time. However, we can provide you a shipping quote if you would like your order shipped internationally.
