Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, with standard and express delivery options available.

Free standard shipping on orders of $180 or more.

For orders under $180, shipping is calculated by weight at checkout.

Standard Shipping Rates

• Under 500g — $9.50

• 500g–1kg — $10.95

• 1–3kg — $12.50

• 3–5kg — $14.50

• 5–8kg — $19.50

Express Shipping is also available, with rates starting from $12.95 and calculated by weight at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 4pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), are dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

Free Local Same-Day Delivery

We offer free same-day local delivery Monday–Saturday for orders placed before 5pm, within eligible areas surrounding Yamba, NSW.

Free local delivery is automatically applied at checkout for eligible delivery addresses. You'll receive a notification once your order is out for delivery.

Orders placed after 5pm, on Sundays or public holidays will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from dispatch. Please allow additional time for deliveries to South Australia, the Northern Territory and regional or remote locations.

Order Tracking

All parcels are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

A Little Christmas Shipping Reminder

Christmas is one of the busiest times of the year for Australia Post, with increased parcel volumes and possible delays across the delivery network.

While we'll continue to dispatch orders placed before 4pm Sydney time on business days, delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We strongly recommend placing your Christmas orders as early as possible, particularly for deliveries to regional and remote areas.

Orders placed after the recommended cut-off dates will still be packed and dispatched as usual, but may not arrive before Christmas Day.

A little forward planning goes a long way. Order early to avoid disappointment.

Please note that Christmas shipping cut-off dates may be brought forward depending on Australia Post's delivery volumes and network conditions.
