Refund policy

We pride ourselves on offering  Claya customers FREE RETURNS

Claya offers free returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. However, some items are not eligible 

Each item purchased from Claya are carefully checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. If the item you received is different to the one you have ordered, we will replace the incorrect product with the correct item, or offer you a refund.

Due to the nature of our products some products will be unable to be returned or exchanged.

Please contact us through email at hello@claya.com.au within 30 days of receiving your parcel. 

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Claya. If the item is available to be returned, we recommend you using a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
